Peter is the Founder & Principal of Fox Ventures, LLC. Prior to Fox Ventures, Peter served as a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns in the firm’s asset management and public finance departments. He also served as the Director of the Economic Development Agency for the State of Illinois.
Additionally, Peter was a minority owner of Jimmy John’s Franchise, Inc. before being acquired by Inspire Brands, the owner and operator of the I Hotel, located in the University of Illinois Research Park, and serves as an Advisor for Hyperspace Ventures. Peter was named Jimmy John’s 2010 Franchisee of the Year, as well as the 2022 University of Illinois Distinguished Service Award.
Peter earned his B.S. in Economics and Political Science from Stanford University
Adrienne McPhee Hays is the Chief Financial Officer at Fox Development Corporation & Controller at the IHotel and Conference Center. Adrienne joined Fox Development Corporation in January 2007 and is responsible for the preparation of financial statements for the Jimmy John’s units owned by Peter B. Fox, and for the Fox Ventures investment
As the Controller at the I Hotel and Conference Center, she is responsible for cash receipts, monthly financial reporting, fiscal analysis and year-end financial reporting.
Adrienne graduated with Honors from Southern Illinois University Carbondale with a B.S. in Accountancy.
Reilly is a Financial Analyst for Fox Ventures. Reilly formerly worked in regulatory reporting and liquidity for international financial institutions as a Business Consultant prior to joining the Fox Ventures team in March 2021. He is responsible for managing & tracking Fox Ventures’ portfolio companies & funds and performs due diligence on new investment opportunities.
Reilly graduated with Honors from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics.
Peter C. Fox is a Managing Partner at Hyperspace Ventures, a venture capital & web/mobile app development firm primarily focused on early-stage investments in innovative software, consumer service, and blockchain startups.
Peter also serves as an Advisor for Fox Ventures, where he utilizes his network and skill set in finance to consult on current and potential Fox Ventures investments. Prior to Hyperspace, Peter worked as a Business Analyst for Anheuser- Busch & a Financial Analyst at Cousins Properties in Atlanta, GA.
Peter graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Finance.
